As a bonus... after Hurricane Ian, my claims adjuster came with a roof inspector and the inspector was so impressed with how good my roof looked after the hurricane. When I told him that I had just had my roof cleaned not long before the hurricane, he told me that he could tell the person who washed my roof took the most care and didn't use anything that could damage the roof or it's structure like some chemicals other cleaners use.
